Status icon is gray

IE DownloadHelper disabled in Internet Explorer

When IE DownloadHelper is disabled the icon turns gray.

To enable IE DownloadHelper click the icon and select Enable IE DownloadHelper from the menu. The Icon will change color to blue, indicating that IE DownloadHelper is enabled within Internet Explorer
